Pods will be allotted on 100% advance payment only.
It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in; in any case, pod management will not allot pods in absence of ID proof.
The final bill is to be settled before check out.
Management is not liable for luggage and any personal belonging.
There will be no refund for cancellation under any circumstances.
After booking of pods. There will be no refund or reschedule of booking is allowed
We do not allow unmarried couples. No refund will be applicable after check in.
Alcohol consumption and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the pod.
Eating food is not allowed inside the pod.
Fine of upto INR 500 will be levied if any food stain/Alcohol Bottle is found on the bed sheet and blanket.
There are smoke detectors installed in every pod, in case the guest is caught violating the rules, then the action will be taken as per the norms of railways.
Maximum guest / single pod – 1 adult.
Maximum guest / double pod – 2 Adults.
Maximum guest/ family pod – 2 adults and 2 kids( Below 12 years).
We do not allow pets to accompany the guest.
All disputes subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

चेक-इन के समय सभी व्यक्तियों के लिए वैध फोटो पहचान पत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है; किसी भी मामले में पॉड प्रबंधन आईडी प्रूफ ना होने पर पॉड आवंटित नहीं करेगा।
चेक -आउट से पहले अंतिम बिल का निपटान किया जाना है।
प्रबंधन किसी भी निजी सामान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
किसी भी परिस्थिति में रद्दीकरण के लिए कोई रिफंड नहीं होगा।
पॉड्स की बुकिंग के बाद कोई रिफंड नहीं होगा या बुकिंग के पुनर्निर्धारण की अनुमति नहीं है
हम अविवाहित जोड़ों को अनुमति नहीं देते हैं। चेक-इन के बाद कोई रिफंड नहीं होगा।
पॉड्स के अंदर शराब का सेवन और धूम्रपान सख्त वर्जित है।
पॉड्स के अंदर खाना खाने की अनुमति नहीं है।
चादर और कंबल पर खाने के दाग/शराब की बोतल पाए जाने पर 500 रुपये तक का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा।
हर पॉड में स्मोक डिटेक्टर (उपकरण) लगे हैं, अगर कोई व्यक्ति नियमों का उल्लंघन करता पकड़ा जाता है तो रेलवे के नियमों के मुताबिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
अधिकतम अतिथि /एकल पॉड - 1 व्यक्ति।
अधिकतम अतिथि /डबल पॉड - 2 व्यक्ति।
अधिकतम अतिथि/पारिवारिक पॉड - 2 व्यक्तियों और 2 बच्चे (12वर्ष से कम)।
पालतू जानवरों को पॉड्स में जाने की अनुमति नहीं हैं।
